Eligibility and Entry Information:
Next year's tournament will be held from April 6 to 9, 2009. Eligibility is determined by the Tournament Committee, based on the information you provide on the form below. In filling out the form, please be as complete as possible. The more we know about you and your program, the better. This registration will entitle you to an invitation only. To register for the tournament, you must fill out the invitation packet. Include entry fees, and RETURN the invitation packet by the October deadline. Invitation packets will mailed out in late August.
